The location was convenient and walkable to shopping areas and dining options, with easy parking available. Breakfast was delicious and well organized. "It was a headache. They sent a pre-arrival form that doesn’t do anything and does not work. You don’t know where to check in when you arrive, no clear signage. They did not give us keys when they told us the room number. No elevator. Unclean hallway. The fridge was not cleaned. Toiletries were only for 1 person, no towels. The cabinet was falling apart. They provided remote controls that are not working, no batteries. You need to call for them to give you the password for the wifi. The...
