"Very peaceful getaway place. Staff was always available with text response within the minute and reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you would like a cozy and relaxing place. Look forward to our next stay."

"Nice, I’d stay again"

"It’s an older place but it’s in good shape and it was clean. Breakfast was prepackaged stuff but it was okay and the coffee was excellent. Very good for the price"

"I didn't like the property. I was in the annex, the front side entrance door was broken, I had to enter around the back side where it was secluded and dark. When I entered to annex, it smelled, the drink machine there was broken with a handwritten sign on it, and it was not well maintained. The hallway smelled, and there was obviously a problem with the room across from me because there was a rolled up towel shoved between the door and the carpet. "Jacoria was amazing and made it seamless and we just enjoyed her work ethic and how she was on top of everything! That is a top notch rep for Best Western. We enjoy staying there and it will be our home away from home when at Brenham!"

"Coffee was good. However, the breakfast was subpar."

"Upon check in the desk clerk same really apprehensive and refuse to let me take the towels.. even though I just checked in and did not want to walk al the way back up front.. the excuse was nobody can take tiles outside but you literally have a pool and people take the house out everyday.. I'm just going to my room to take a shower.. outside of that everything else was fairly decent fairly new hotel fairly new amenities for good shower pressure clean room.."

"This has been probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean. The amenities were amazing. The breakfast was fantastic. I would stay here again and again."

"Room was dirty. Walking on the floor with bare feet made my feet dirty. Bathroom laminate tiles were coming up, bathtub has clearly just been painted over, with the paint peeling in places. Bathroom also smelled like someone else's urine. Bathroom corners were also dirty. Front door was dirty, and the handle was loose and did not feel safe. Walls are paper-thin and I could hear everything going on around me. Would not stay here again or rexommend it to others."

"Very clean."

"It exceeded our expectations"

"The towels were thin and did not do a good job drying you off. Silverfish in the bathroom..."
