"Check in was good. She gave us a dining suggestion that turned out to be really good. The road/parking lot entrance to the hotel was surprising. Go through the lot for an Asian restaurant. Dining area was clean and modern. But the breakfast consisted of dry cereal, yogurt, small muffins, and 3 types of bread. Husband said coffee was good. "The hotel is easily accessible off Route 295, and close to downtown Freeport and Portland. Price was reasonable. The buildings are fine, all one-story and handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. However, the office is NOT marked, and very difficult to find in the dark. The overgrown/dying grass and shrubs around the buildings were very disconcerting (although we have had a long bout of very dry weather). The room was incredibly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. "Very quiet at night. Good location for getting a good cup of coffee in the morning near Dunkin, coffee at motel not so good. Also very close to an Irish named fun bar O'Donahue or something like that so no worries of drinking and driving. "

"Very nice hotel and clean. Convenient and easy to get to, the trees do cover the sign a little but we still found it. We were only there for one night as we were traveling thru but the stay was very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was good and a few different options to choose from. "
