"My family booked a premium room at a wellness spa. This is not what we experienced. Access to the room was via a narrow staircase into the loft. No hand rails. Narrow steps. Basic health and safety issue. The room felt like a half converted loft. Curtains simply hid what was basically an area of junk. The bunk bed for the kids has a large spike just above it. "The most beautiful peaceful place with an amazing view and a sense of calm - we had a lake house. The park was great. You have to walk quite a bit, because of distance from the parking area to the house. The facilities are excellent. However renting bikes an paddle boards are far too expensive. The staff were very young and didn´t speak English well enough. We were there on the national holiday and had signed up for a paddle tournament. But since it rained a little, no one from the staff...
