"I really only wish the room had something like a closet or something similar to hang my dresses and my vintage pillbox hats. After that, everything was perfect. The bathroom and the sheets were very clean. Very good and fast service to the requests to replenish the amenities.Thank you Best Western Plus Hotel"

"While my room was significantly better than the last houston hotel I stayed at (not mentioning names) there was a rather unsightly stain on the bedding. It was easy enough to simply remove the soiled bedding, and I was so tired when I checked in It wasnt worth it to complain. Also I was taken a little off guard by needing a security deposit, although I suppose I can understand why that might be necessary. Everything else was good. the room was large and spacious. the ac worked well....

"The maintenance man constantly was hitting on my girlfriend even when she repeatedly and respectfully told him that she was not interested. We liked this property and the new owner is pretty cool about things but we will not be returning due to the maintenance man "
