"Fantastic old building with a warm homely feel to it. Middle of town yet quiet with a neat street view from which to people watch. A shame that the bathrooms were so audible to the bedrooms nearby however. Lovely to have breakfast available the next morning and no pressure to exit room. "

The cycle tracks along the sea-shore of Hawke's Bay are a great way to spend an afternoon or morning. We biked from Napiers' Marine Parade to the Haumoana market day, which took a couple of hours. The views are lovely, and there are ice-creams available at the end! Make sure you pack sun-block and a big bottle of water - the sun and heat can be super intense.

"Trevor and Deanne were wonderful hosts. The assisted us with transportation for our wine tasting trip and made some wonderful recommendations for dining. The tent was large, clean, well appointed and very comfortable. My husband and I loved sitting on the veranda every morning enjoying our coffee while surrounded by the vineyard."
