Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. No extra towel for the 4 days I spent, no extra toiletries, no cleaning, no change of bed sheet. Very poor. For...
