"The check in clerk was very helpful. We arrived early, actually earlier than i thought due to a tome change. The clerk couldn't che k us in as the rooms were still being cleaned. I explained that we had to be somewhere and wouldn't be back for a few hours, yei i didn't want a second floor room as there is no elevator and my husband cannot carry our things up the stairs She said she would see what she could do and sure enough when we got back to check in a few hours later, she did accommodate me. And, there was a different clerk by this time yet the previous clerk had already done her magic. We were very grateful for her staying true to her word even though she would be gone by the time we got back. "

"The hotel is just 1 minute from Hwy 10, but there was no road noise. I very much appreciated the quiet full night sleep. It is a clean, although older, motel. They allow dogs and there is a nice walking path just outside the hotel. (See photo) The only thing nearby is a Denny’s. We didn’t have breakfast there but we were told that with your hotel keycard you can get 15% off. "

The hotel staff pulled out all the stops to ensure I had everything I could possibly need, treating me to the kind of luxury and amenities you'd expect at a five-star resort. If you're looking for a hidden gem to visit, I can't recommend this place enough! In fact, I'm already planning to bring my whole family for our next vacation, because Wilcox has captured my heart!"
