"Front desk stafff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel could do with a refresh the carpets in the hallway on the 4th floor are badly stained. Breakfast was average, beds were comfortable and we slept well."

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and you could tell recently updated. Didn’t use the pool but it was clean. Even had covered parking for motorcycles. Not sure what other people were complaining about. Other than Harrison not being a destination point the hotel was great. Arkansas doesn’t like side walks so be prepared to drive everywhere. "

The property is beautiful - new construction perfectly situated to give you breathtaking views of the Ozark countryside. Family time in the hot tub under a canopy of stars and watching the clouds and mists flow through the mountains and trees off the majestic back deck were some of the highlights of our trip.
