"We called stating we were detained because of plane delays. When we got to the hotel they had given our room (non-smoking) away and kept a smoking room instead. Wouldn't have mentioned it if we had not made 3 phone calls trying to let them know we would be there. When we mentioned it to the gentleman = his answer was - Yeah, we have had that complaint several times!"

"My flight got canceled and I had to stay the night in Dallas. This hotel was clean, close, and affordable. The room was very comfortable. I was able to get a good night of sleep before going back to the airport the next day."
