Did not enjoy being on the middle floor but all sounds were muffled so that helps and had more to do with the neighbors than the hotel. "

Our room was on the back of the common areas and had a bit of a funky smell (humidity?) so I had to open the window for several hours to make it comfortable to sleep. The back side did feel somewhat exposed as it had a parking area in front of it and homeless people wandered around. Homelessness is an Eugene issue so there isn't much that the hotel can do, but reception could check with the client if they prefer a...

"The hotel is doing some renovations. But what I liked is the king size bed. My 3 kids fits in the bed. The room is clean and organized. It also has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a laso a balcony but since they are renovating, can’t stay in the balcony because there are scraps blocking the view. They also have a wide variety of foods to choose for breakfast."
