"It was a nice hotel. The pool was out of service (green with algae). Close to the airport and they have airport shuttles. There isn't anything close by to eat other than a Wendys. Overall, not bad for the price. "

"The hotel was clean and I appreciated the security features. The entrance is a little weird having to go through a gas station to get to it, but that wasn't a deal breaker. There were a lot of homeless people wandering around when we drove up and that made me a little nervous, but the hotel has security features in place that definitely set my mind at ease once we were inside. The room was clean and comfortable and the check in clerk was friendly. Overall a good experience for the money."

"The location of this property is convenient and the staff is always friendly (we stay here because it is close to Duke University which our children attend). The rooms are always clean, but the hotel is intended to serve families of those in local hospitals. Although the hallways have a "quiet time" - the lack of carpet in hallways does make the place noisy. Also, parking under the building is super tight!"

No rooms were ready and I checked in after 4pm didn’t get in my room until 5:45 pm, took over an hour to check in and fir rooms to be cleaned . "Check-in staff was a blight on an otherwise wonderful hotel. She was cold and barely held her disdain for me in check. The anger and hate radiating from her was almost palpable. Thankfully, she was not the usual front desk person, and the rest of the staff members were friendly and warm. "
