"First time at the Sanom Beach and got a room upgrade to a pool view doe my birthday which was a lovely surprise

- Extremely friendly staff who were fantastic
- Great amenities and the pool bar area was so chill and relaxing with a smaller woman who looked after us throughout our stay was so attentive and friendly

"En el baño caian huevos de araña en cantidades indescriptibles, les pedimos que lo solucionaran y lo hicieron disculpandose. La habitacion estaba limpio lo justo, con manchas negras en las almohadas y toallas de un olor raro. Para el precio que tiene no esta mal, pero unas condiciones de limpieza mejores..."
"Una de las peores noches que hemos pasado en un hotel. Fue imposible dormir por el ruido de un grupo de jóvenes en las habitaciones contigua y superior: moviendo muebles, paseándose en tacones y conversaciones a todo volumen hasta después de las 2 de la madrugada. Nos quejamos dos veces, pero el problema no se solucionó.
Además, el aire acondicionado por el que “ se paga “ un suplemento hacía un ruido constante toda la noche.

"Location excellent. Easy walk to bus stop, supermarkets, beach and restaurants.
Accommodation had everything you could need for self catering. Lovely balcony.
Pool area sunny, clean and lots of loungers and sun umbrellas.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend and would return again. "
"Love the location of this property.The seaview apartment offers breathtaking views of the sunset on a clear day. Conveniently located for public buses only 8mins walk to Santa Catalina Park bus station. The staff are very welcoming.
I will definitely be booking a stay here for next summer."
"Muy mala noche no se puede dormir, imposible, habitación en primera planta lado de playa muy ruidoso .. mesas ,sillas de restaurante sobre todo cuando van a cerrar a la 1 de la noche, gente gritando. Esa noche ni dormí."
"El hotel es básico. Está bien. Cogí un hotel porque quería la comodidad de tener alguien en el lobby pero en este caso la atención del lobby es 100%virtual lo cual no me gustó. Por tanto no tiene opción de dejar mochilas/maletas. La habitación era pequeña. Perfecto si solo vas a dormir. El barrio es bastante ruidoso."
"Absolut fantastisk. Smukt indretning og gode store værelser med gode senge. Sublim service fra personalet og en fin bar. Poolen er dejlig og har sol det meste af dagen. God beliggenhed i en stille gade, men stadig tæt på hovedgaden og restauranter. Vi var meget tilfredse og kommer gerne tilbage. :)"
