"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"Decent place for the price — clean, affordable, and in a convenient location. Just be aware there’s no heating, which seems to be common in some other hotels in the area too. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, but something to consider if you’re staying during colder months."
