"This property deserves a minimum of 4 stars as the rooms are nice and clean and spacious, but leaving 3 stars because of the rude behaviour by staff at the time of checking in. We requested early check-in beforehand and when we reached at the hotel, they told us that we'll have to check out exactly after 24 hours of check-in time and not at the actual check out time.
