After hours of back and forth with expedia, someone from staycae finally contacted me saying they have a booking from me but it was a last minute booking. I had booked this palce 6 months prior. They then tried to get us into the "appartment" which took two more hours. This was because their "app" they use to give digital key doesn't work. Then they said the security of the building will...

"Moved on Christmas Eve, two days before arrival to an accommodation that was 30 kilometres away from the city centre where we had originally booked. This was awful as we lost so much time travelling into the city and back out each day. The accommodation also wry much below standard. The hallways smelt awful and the cleanliness (cockroaches) and general upkeep of the property was tatty."
