The property is really quiet and I didn’t have a single noise complaint. The location is very close to different food options down the hill which makes things super easy. Service is a hit or miss, housekeeping took 45 minutes to give me some linen and I had to recall them for an update, delivered shortly after. "The SCP Seven4One is a small boutique hotel with a great location and very friendly staff! However not sure where the 4 stars and the higher price point come in. The hotel does not have a lobby and the partner hotel seems to be undergoing major renovations. Having to pay a resort fee on top of taxes and fees seemed excessive. "
