"Before staying at this hotel I had read about how they had done work to improve it and effectively this was clear in the rooms. They were clean and the bathroom was in a new condition. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. However there are a couple of areas that could still use improvement. The mattress was thin and thus hard as I was you feel the support underneath. The property listing said ‘pillow menu’. Hmm. The room I had looked nothing like the photos and upon arrival, I checked out the room, and bathroom, and decided to leave.
