"Close distance to the lake. It was a group of us (5 trucks with trailers and side by sides) we were able to park on the empty property next door (18 wheeler parking space). The first room was not clean and the toilet didn’t flush. However, we were able to move to another room without a hassle. The bbq pit does not work at all. However, we were able to use ours that we took to the lake. "
