"First of all let me mention that it has been a nightmare experience with Hotel Bala Paradise, Munshiyari. Inspite of booking the hotel atleast 2 months back through Expedia, Hotel Bala Paradise, Munshiyari denied us checking-in on 26.12.24 (refer attached whatsapp communications). They got our already-booked room sold to another customer at a high price due to high demand.
