"Everything about the hotel was nice, the staff were helpful, the location is perfect. However we had a difficult time figuring out where to check-in. A clear instruction email should be sent out in English to clarify the location for check-in. The hotel is advertised as Mikaella, but the sign is different. We asked people but no one knew. Do not book this hotel if you like to sleep in. It is impossible to sleep after 6:00 a..m. There is construction going with very loud banging and drilling....

"Close to city center, great stay but really thin walls, can get very noisy when they have loud guests which was the case one of the nights, but other than that, was a really quiet hotel and to be so close to the main attractions. Staff was welcoming at all times. "

"Fantastic location, beautiful old building, lovely furnishings. My only issue was lack of AC. Most of the year its not an issue, but it was around 35 celsius. I got upgraded to a large suite with a balcony, which was nice, but still hot and stuffy. Brand new owner assured me next time AC would be working."
