"The drive to the house quickly reminded me of the devastation of Hurricane Helene. The determination and perseverance of the locals was evident in the clean up efforts. "Easy to get in and find. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets. Everything worked, had space heaters for bedrooms bc they did get a little chilly at night. Hot tub was great and even had robes for your stay. Very close to Hatley point. Grocery store not too far. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a large group (20 adults and 5 kids) and it was a great space for us. We stayed at Waterfall and Lakeside. Waterfall has better space for cooking, gathering, and bedrooms. Lakeside has a great pond for fishing and swimming and great views from an awesome porch. We loved the ping pong tables. We went hiking at Sam’s Gap and while the hiking wasn’t great (very woody not great views) but you’re outside and on the App Trail so it’s fun! We ate at Taco Fiesta II and it was good.
