"great place to stay will be staying again if available next time i come!"

"This was made for a perfect family vacation… super clean kid friendly with an awesome view of Houston for the adults on rooftop "

"The place was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect location and communication with the host was easy. The only issue was entering the property. You have to get out the car to enter a code for the gate to open. The garage door code did not work so we had to go into the front door through the garage to open the garage door and leave out the same way. It was a hassle and unsafe to get out at the gate to enter the code."

"I'm a stickler for cleanliness so it's easy for me to spot previous guest loose hair and even dog hair. I saw both in the room I was staying in. As I wiped down surfaces there was food stuck on the refrigerated door lastly there is no fan available in the bedroom nor do they have a fans available for customers according to the front lobby even though there is AC it either isn't working properly or the ceilings are too high for the ac to accommodate either way it was super hot at night even after...

"The owners communicated very clear instructions, made their selves available which was not needed. this is a very nice, clean place to stay with the most amazing rooftop patio which we took advantage of almost every night. it is in close proximity of the George R. Brown convention center and we were able to Uber to in less than 15 minutes."

"This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "
