"A great find. Slightly difficult to find.we initially stopped at the side of the hotel and could not see it. We then drove round another kilometer and it was the furst hotel we had stopped at, but there was no name sign at the side of the hotel. That needs to be improved. The room was great with views over the river. The facilities were good especially the disabled room we had. The staff were excellent and very helpful we will stay again "

"On est resté une seule nuit et c’était bien on pouvait pas stationner devant l’hôtel à cause du 4 jours de Dunkerque (course de vélos) mais bon on a trouvé un stationnement sur une rue plus loin a 5 min de marche. "

"This is a clean, welcoming, friendly hotel in the market place in the heart of De Panne, and only about 10 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach. The hotel has character and judging from the old photo of it inside is probably over 100 years old. The breakfast buffet is available from 8am to 10:30am every morning with plentiful supplies of all you would expect from a continental breakfast. The restaurant where breakfast is served is spacious and very pleasant. We were staying in the family...

"The breakfast room was clean and comfortable. We ordered the 12 euros breakfast but had to itemise each day what we wanted, including how many potions of jam, butter, cheese or meat slices. Portion control was heavily employed. However the bread rolls and croissant were good. Our bedroom was pokey and cramped and needed to be modernised. However it was clean. Very soft and uncomfortable mattress."

"Charming historic Coaching Hotel in the old part of St Omer near the centre and the Cathedral. Excellent hosts with good breakfast and an excellent restaurant. Off street parking and late night entrance available. The rooms were very clean with comfy beds, bathroom adequate with decent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The Hotel has great character but is in need of TLC plus no lift, lots of stairs. We had a great stay at a very reasonable price."

"My stay in the area was neseccary because I had to deliver my dog to Calais the next day The hotel is good and the owners very friendly but the village is not really worth visiting unless you have a reason If you have to be nearby then it’s perfect Clean comfortable room good quality dinner and good wine list "

"Very nice hotel and local area for a 1 night stay. Service was excellent and with a smile (not something that’s very common in the continent). The only negative was about 15 mosquito bites from the mosquitos in the room from before we checked in - somebody insect spray or a diffuser is a must in this area at this time of year"
