"The property is what you pay for, it lacks the necessities such as no glasses in the rooms and no bins in the bathrooms. The beds were very comfy and clean. Throughout the night it is very noisy and you can hear the people outside and furniture being moved from others staying in the property. Overall it was a good stay "

"This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00. "Excellent location for our day at Hatfield House. Only one drawback was that we had to enter our rooms via the fire escape which had 2 flights of metal stairs which was quite difficult in the rain carrying suitcases. Otherwise everything else was good. The staff were lovely and very professional."

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...
