"Room was clean and in good shape. Parking is a little odd as most of it is behind the hotel with limited options by the front door. There are two side doors and a back door that leads into the pool area, but no matter how many times I tried, the scanner would not read my room key and I had to walk to a side entrance. Breakfast was good with hot food and lots of choices overall."

"Bedroom was clean but had multiple spiders in it. Bed had black stains and signs of bedbugs. Shower worked but shower head was messing screws and was barely attached to the well. Towel rack came off the wall by me just picking the towel off of it. Inside pool was closed and couldn’t use it at all. Check in time came and our room wasn’t ready for 3 hours after check in due to washing machine break so no towels, blankets, or sheets. Staff wouldn’t even discount the room or anything. 1/5 start,...
