"Rooms were stylish and trying to keep in with Manchester heritage. However, the look made it seem unfinished, with plastered walls and broken tiles trying to create that working/factory/industrial look. The bathroom door needed planing that’s for sure as it wouldn’t shut easy. Walk in wet floor showers are nice, though the glass wall is short so water can leak out onto the wood floor if not careful. "Me and my daughter stayed here just for the one night , we didn’t expect much as it’s advertised as a 3 * hotel but omg we were blown away by how beautiful the hotel was , staff were really nice and helpful on all aspects of our stay , now I know the hotel is like this I won’t stay anywhere else , it was perfect and the breakfast was amazing before we left aswell . Should deffo be more than 3* but highly recommend"

"Aardige mensen bij de receptie, erg schone en nette kamer. Medewerkers bij het ontbijt kunnen veel klantvriendelijker zijn. Ook is er bij het ontbijt is maar 1 koffiezetapparaat dat telkens in storing viel. Er stond een hele rij en veel mensen konden geen koffie pakken. Ook staan er bij het ontbijtbuffet extra medewerkers te kijken hoe je opschept, voor de rest hebben zij niet echt een duidelijke functie, gaf een beetje een vreemd gevoel. "Stayed here 4 years ago. Looks like no work has been done on the place in that time and it shows. Breakfast had limited options and was not worth the additional cost"

"Everything about the hotel was fabulous. All staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Good location. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food and drinks. Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel. Convenient location for the coop live arena and the Etihad Stadium. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you to everyone who looked after us during our stay."
