"You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. Then they say they haven’t received money from Hotels.com so I was asked to pay them. Naturally I refused to pay twice. Eventually they agreed I should just pay the extra. "Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community. We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! The owner/manager is a horrible/rude person. I do not know where the miscommunication happened, Expedia or misrepresented by the owner/manager, but the owner/manager was extremely rude while trying to figure out what happened to our reservation. His words...don't bother coming at all...so we did not. Unfortunate because we were really looking forward to our stay. We travel to Ghana frequently and this was the first time ever we had trouble with any stays. BEWARE. "
