"This is a great place to stay when in Copan. Some things that stood out was the location, easily walkable to the ruins of Copan. The bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Shampoo and soap was supplied, but there was no refrigerator in the room, as well as no toothbrush/toothpaste. The air conditioning and fan worked well, which was nice because there was a hole under the balcony door that can allow heat / bugs inside. That needs to be fixed. Check in and out was seamless. "Según la reserva hecha por este medio, debían ser dos habitaciones dobles pero al llegar al establecimiento nos dijeron que eran una habitación doble y una sencilla. Cabe resaltar que también hubo algún tipo de confusión con el costo ya que la aplicación me daba un total y al momento de cancelar en el establecimiento, se me hizo un cobro más alto. "While checking on the hotel I was told to pay cash when my booking was clearly set with credit card. I had to go to a bank and withdraw cash and pay for a fee because of that. In general the service was good but then again I was expecting breakfast at 7am and personnel arrived to kitchen at 720am, we ended up 45minutes late for our trip of the day.
