"The room had a very nice view from the lanai. The room itself is laid out well, with the exception of only one nightstand. But a second nightstand would have rendered using the smallish kitchenette area unusable. Great location- easily walk for groceries, dinner, shopping, etc A couple of very minor maintenance issues (like many condos on the Islands); the tv bracket to the wall is broken, so angle is not adjustable, and the safe doesn’t work."

"We did not get to stay at the property we had chosen. It was a big disappointment, but the rental company provided a property that was not as good as we wanted, but acceptable. Disappointing since we had saved and planned for this trip a very long time and had a visitor coming from Europe join us. Sometimes things happen beyond one’s control and one has to make the best of it, which happpened to us. "

"Oh, apparently Poipu has an actual Crater and these properties are settled inside of it! Interesting setup with upstairs and downstairs rooms worked perfectly for my wife and mother-in-law, plus the short walks to the ocean made for lovely morning strolls and access to the beach. The code I was provided to access the front door lock and the backup lock both were wrong, so I had to call the property to determine the correct code. "We loved that this unit was steps from the beach & Lava Lava Beach Club! Our family of 4 (toddler & baby) fit perfectly in here — it was pretty spacious for a studio. Everything was clean & we had all amenities we needed. Such a great bang for the buck here, we’ll definitely be back!"

"This was our second stay at this particular property, we enjoyed our stay both times. The spot is great, in a quite neighborhood a short drive to the beach. The nearby Poipu beach is beautiful, although it was quite a bit busier then before, perhaps due to the time of year or just because everyone knows how beautiful it is. Great place to stay for 2 people!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai! The condo was clean and had more than enough towels, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. They even provided umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. These were great for the easy walk down to Brennecke and Poipu beaches!"
