"Loved this stay. Lovely staff who were very professional and friendly. Our window opened onto a little mini balcony with a view of the Alcazar walls just metres away. In the evening we also used the kettle down in the breakfast area to have a cup of tea. We made friends over breakfast and ended up with a full room chat! Gracias from Northern Ireland!"

"Stay was excellent but check in process was very painful. It was a virtual check in. No one to help. I asked even a day before that if someone would be there so I can leave my luggage. They said yes but no was there. No one answering a call or opening a door. No use of ringing a bell. 5 minutes after they start responding on WhatsApp. They provide a link so I fill form to check in. Then there was a separate form for a guarantee. WE have to provide a credit card information. What if some tourist...

"It was so very convenient to stay here, especially over New Year’s because the festivities were happening right up the street. The beds were super comfortable, the courtyard attractive, and the view from our window really sweet. I wouldn’t say it was the most sound-proof but if you have ear plugs or are a sound sleeper it isn’t a problem. The corridors are cool at night but the heat worked well to keep us comfy in the room. You couldn’t ask for a better location. "
