"The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only thing was our room smelled of cigars and cigarettes that's a hard smell to get out and we are nonsmokers. My husband let them know and they are going to address the issue. "

"I booked a king-size room with a Jacuzzi for my birthday, only to discover that the Jacuzzi wasn't working. The front desk attendant was very supportive and tried multiple times to diagnose the problem but couldn't resolve it. Initially, I was very disappointed. However, Katelyn, the manager, called me and resolved the issue by reimbursing me the difference in price. I give this hotel a 5-star review for their excellent customer service."

"Since this hotel is new, everything was clean and in good shape. The staff were very nice and kind. The room was quite small but it was completely fine because it is close to the airport. I wish the mattress was a little bit more comfortable though."
