If you are young and want to have a safe and relatively comfortable place to stay this is good, but if you are in your 50s and 60s nd want a more comfortable nicer side of things then this is not the place for you. The location is in Medina so that is good in terms of centrality but the streets in Medina are dirty and you will find piles of trash on your way to the riad, the smell, the noise late into the night all of that comes with this choice. "

"We didn’t enjoy parts of our stay. There were no rugs for the cold floors or hand towels in the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem to enjoy our being there which made us feel uncomfortable at times. It was okay as a place to stay, not great. The first riad we weren’t offered tea upon our arrival too. "

"This was a nightmare experience. We booked through Hotels.Com. This was one of the few hotels "available" on a busy weekend. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and discovered the hotel was a gutted shell in the process of being renovated. The restaurant on the ground floor was still open, but we got only a shrug and were told to go away. So, we spent the next few hours searching out an alternative space to stay. "Die Bilder sind wohl sehr gut fotografiert und ausgeleuchtet und gaukeln einen viel besseren Zustand vor. Der Wirt wirkte bei der Ankunft überrascht und hatte keine Ahnung, daß wir gebucht hatten. Das "Hotel" riecht , wenn man es betritt muffig, verräuchert, man wird durch einen sehr dunklen Gang durchs Treppenhaus zum Zimmer geführt. Das Zimmer ist nicht sauber, Dreck, Staub, Haare in den Ecken, Fenster sind lange nicht geputzt worden. Es gibt keine Fahrräder zum Verleih! Die gelben Decken auf...
