I would normally avoid staying anywhere this poputated but had a medical procedure nearby and family to visit so decided to find a place in walking distance of their place as parking in the area is scarce. The place is pet friendly and they don't charge you extra for your pet. That's a Big plus. They do want you to let them know when checking in so they can put you in an appropriate room and staff with pet...
