"I would call this apt just ok at best. It’s just the basics . The pics on the listing were not of the unit we were in ( apt 7). I am guessing they have many units at this address. Also, the floors slope so badly that you could almost roll out of bed. The “front” door also is just a thin hollow closet door so it didn’t feel super secure . Kitchen minimally stocked- only one coffee cup. It was clean and the host was friendly and helpful when we couldn’t find the entrance to the building. Heads...

"This typical Cape Cod house is in a very convenient location of Falmouth. Central to the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. You can walk to pretty much everything. While the house is older it is in good shape and worked great for our family over the 4th holiday weekend. "

"Check in was easy. Owner was very gracious and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Great for large families with children. Rooms are large and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with great appliances. "Located about 15 min away from the main Falmouth strip, big house but not if you are traveling with more than a couple people there is only one indoor shower (however the outdoor one is great in the summer). Clean but missing some basic stuff, hopefully the property manager can correct this before the next group. The place worked great for our group of four. You need some fast fingers for the lock.... you hesitate on the numbers and it will make you start over"

"This is a no frills, as is, 1-bedroom unit downtown Falmouth. If it’s a busy week, expect parking to be tricky and a bit of a game of roulette. Plenty of great food options close by. Unit 1 is a little loud as your bedroom is right by the staircase for a multi unit building- if you’re used to sleeping in any city you’ll be fine. Was in town for a work trip, would stay again."
