"The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado."

"It's a basic hotel with basic facilities. Yet, regarding price-quality it's fine. It's not a 10 but it's certainly an 8. We like the rooftop terrace in the evening, it's refreshing and there is a roundview over the town and the surrounding mountains. The location is right in the historic centre of the town. Maybe we would come here again when we go back to Ribes."
