"The location was great with easy walking to the cathedral, shops & restaurants. The room was small but nice & updated. It was noisy due to window & balcony facing the street which was only an issue when trying to sleep. The staff were great even with the language barrier & were very helpful."

"We stayed 5 nights. It's a budget hostel with minimal service. No change of sheets or replacement of bath towels. The actual site of the hostel is large with great space to chill or walk around. We did enjoy the cafeteria, the lady during the evening shift was extremely kind and accommodating, she had gone above and beyond her duties, thank you. Overall, we enjoyed Santiago."
