"No hay personal desp de las 5 de la tarde que te ayude con nada . Si quieres ir a un hotel que lo tienes que llevar todo este es el hotel . Tuve muy mala experiencia llegué desp de las 5 pm y estuve dos horas para que me dieran un código para acceder a mi habitación"

"This beautiful and unique property exceeded out expectations. If you are expecting a large, corporate room, this gem is not it. Expect pretty views, a laid back atmosphere, kind staff, and a boutique feel. We came for my husband's birthday but I hope we make it to Latitudes many times in our future."

"All good"

"It really nice. Nice having covered free parking. Had a 4th floor beach view, with a screened in balcony to watch the sunset. Place was clean. Direct access to the beach (advise wearing feet protection: shells are sharp & uncomfortable). Enjoyed the salt water pool (depth 4'-8') & the Hot Tub felt so good on my tired muscles. They do need office directional signage, had to ask someone for help. Also, be careful upon going in/out of balcony door: it has floor base (broke a toe when I didn't step...

"I didn't expect the place to be so clean and up to date. We were very pleased all around and was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. Thanks kukoo inn, Gray Byerly"

"What the post doesn’t say is it does have a washer and dryer. Huge downstairs bathroom! Would 1000% be staying here again."

Everything was spotless and still smelled new - which it was, due to having to rebuild after the devastating hurricanes. The owners are very kind and social, and they made sure we were comfortable. There is a deck directly on the water, including lounge chairs, tiki-umbrellaed tables and chairs. Did I mention the...

"Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Close drive to great restaurants."

"There was a lot of noise caused by construction. The TV in tge bedroom did not work. We reported it but waa not fixed. Same thing with the toilet. It did not stop running. "

"Good place, clean"

"Clean and safe. Peaceful"

"Very nice room, but was advertised as an "entire home" ... with the pictures online and the phrase "entire home" led me to believe i was renting a beach house when in fact i was renting a "suite" 1 of 3 in the building pictured online. I called the day after check in about the hot water being "luke warm", stayed 4 nights and that problem was not rectified. The room was clean and everything appeared to be somewhat new. Short walk to the beach, the property provided beach chairs, a cooler, and...

"Easy to park and easy to get to the beach "
