"This property was an extremely affordable option. The staff was extremely accommodating and kept the place very clean. Air conditioning worked well. We did not choose the continental breakfast option, so we cannot comment there. If you are on a tight budget, this is a great choice!"

"The property was very clean and centrally located. It was great value for money. The downside was I booked the wrong date and despite availability for the correct date the accomodation or Ebookers, not sure would not change it. Also we booked a room expecting 2 double beds and 2 singles but got 1 double and 3 singles which included a bed settee and pull out. Sheets were not provided for the bed settee. Overall great value but not what we thought we were getting. "

"Beautiful view from our balcony and communal area round the front of the property. Very clean with great facilities and air con, the wifi was not the best so be prepared. Very steep walk up to the property which is doable if you are quite active, would recommend to have a car or motorcycle otherwise. Close to a bus stop, nice supermarket and town centre. "

"A stay at Strawberry is a sweet experience. Margarita was a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for you. The Pension is spotless, pool lovely and quiet and breakfast each day had plenty of choices. Definitely a place to relax and unwind. Plenty of wonderful restaurants literally on the doorstep. And don’t bother with the journey to Koukanaries…Paraskevi Beach is just across the road and very relaxing with plenty of amenities. Bus stop is a few hundred yards away, too. "Our standard room was very comfortable, the family running the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and breakfast terrace look out over the pretty and well-kept garden with flowers and palm trees, a sand and gravel beach (good for swimming and the hotel has free loungers and sun umbrellas available) and the island of Evia across the sea. It's just fine - and good value - as it is but a little updating and a upgrading of breakfast ingedients would be enough easily to deserve a 9 plus...

"A wonderful 10 night stay at Margi House. Bed was very comfortable. Air con was blissful. Cleaned really well daily with fresh towels. Swimming pool was exceptional. Loads of sunbeds & cleaned daily. Andreas at Margi House was exceptional. Ordering taxis and giving us lots of local knowledge The free nespresso coffee was bonus. A few bars/restaurants within easy walking that were great. "

"We've just come back from staying here and we cant recommend it more! Its in-between bus stop 7 and 8 (8 being at the bottom of the hill) the rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff there were lovely. The only downside is the hill from the main road, but we hired a quad so it was fine. We walked down at night but always got a taxi back, 10 euros from the town, which is pretty cheap. We had a lovely week here and the views were fabulous. "

"Enjoyed the location. it was central and close to everything! The lady at reception when we arrived was extremely friendly ! Didn’t like the way the hot water system was set up to run the shower as it was very hot and got burned ! A sign of warning would have helped! Also would have liked to have coffee amenities in the room to be able to enjoy a coffee on the balcony as we had an amazing view! Popular hotel for the elderly! Would definitely stay here again"

"Nice location by the beach. You need to cross road but it's not very busy so easy to do. Couple dining options nearby, anything else you need to go further. Lots of roadwork so was a bit challenging to get there which is why it's a quiet town. Closer to thermal springs and a busy little town nearby. Recommend doing the springs. Had a small kitchen suite so could make meals but the restaurants were reasonable and easier. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was great and worth the money. Would stay...
