"The room was fine. Our only issue was the handicap accessibility. The room layout and bathroom were not great for wheelchair accessibility. No bars at the toilet area. I would not have paid the extra charge for the larger room had I known it was not truly handicap accessible."

But the room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was outstanding! Everyone from check in, to overnight staff and daytime. "Stayed here while visiting friends in Glenn Falls. Had a little problem at check in - our room had not been cleaned but we were put in another room right away which was fine. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet (except for hearing some people outside and in the halls). I would recommend staying at this hotel. "

"Property getting a major face lift and is really nice! Rooms are clean and modern. Only complaint is their icky eggs and sausage for breakfast. We dont eat alot of carbs so was our only choice. We threw them out after a couple bites. But if you eat waffles, cereal and unhealthy pasteries I guess youll love it! "

"My stay here was very pleasant, the property was pretty and the room was spacious! I really loved the jetted tub and the kind staff! My only complaint is that the rooms can get a little humid from the showers (maybe the fan in my bathroom didn’t work great). However, there’s a nice air conditioner that helped combat that! Overall, a very enjoyable and welcoming stay! "
