Phones were going off and the line of people went out the door. She stayed calm and professional. The team working during the storm were amazing. "

"The only thing I did not like about our stay was the fire alarm kept going off at 4 in the morning & woke literally everyone in the hotel up. There was no fire or anything. So that was really frustrating. Other than that our stay was great. "
