Room was perfect - mountain view room is whatbto book - the best in the house - based on the location of the room, we got a fab view of the mountain range and sun rise. Other in-house guests from India did not quite understand the term 'privacy' but that's another matter!! "In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"Incredible hospitality displayed by this lovely Nepalese family who run this hotel. It is very basic accommodation but clean and relatively comfortable. Good food served here. Just a short 10 minute walk up to the Sarangkot View Tower for breathtaking views of the Himalayas, which is why I stayed here."
