"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"The staffs are very accommodating and attentive to the customer's need. The food was super delicious and thanks to the chef, Hue. You did an amazing job. To the receptionist, thanks for answering to my inquiries, you did a fantastic job on helping me and assisting me with my needs during my stay at Shark hostel. I will definitely stay again in this hostel. See you soon! Sisters💞"

"The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading."
