"No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. "Came in for a baseball game and it was perfectly located to walk to the game. It's also close to the subway, so we were able to easily travel into Manhattan for sight seeing. We also arrived almost an hour before scheduled check in and they let us check in and go to our room right away. "

"Clean, safe. Breakfast is so-so, but there are pretty of breakfast bakery places in the area. It's only two blocks away from subway station. There are a lot of nice Chinese restaurant in the area. Good value for the price that I paid."
