"It was a functional for a short business trip, located within reasonable distance to central retail and city center."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but the breakfast staff were not particularly interested in providing a first class service. No marmalade, had to ask for pastries to be re-stocked and the cooked breakfast - eggs bacon etc - was suffering from rigour mortis. Not a great start to the mornng! Location though is ideal for exploring the city centre, visiting the Titanic Experience and for access to the City Airport."

"Lovely hotel, the beds are extremely comfortable. Easy access to the shops and public transport, and there is a bakery around the corner that does fantastic doughnuts. Great for a city break."

"Great location for attending concert in SSE arena. Downside was quite a basic room with no amenities such as bottled water or biscuits in the room which seems standard enough elsewhere nowadays. Also, no birthday gift in the room for my wife, despite mentioning this and again being given this elsewhere. Quite an expensive hotel for what you get and with no spa, but as stated location was excellent and view of the Lagan was unbeatable."

"This is not our first time staying here. Overall our experience was good however some members of staff were not very friendly whilst other were very friendly. our room has some bottle tops left on the floor from the previous guest which always feels strange but in the main it was clean. Reception staff and breakfast staff were all lovely on every interaction."

"The hotel was amazing. The only issue I had was staying there on a Friday night. Was not able to eat at restaurant as it was fully booked and the upstairs bar was loud until 1 am. Loved how everything was walkable!"
