"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. "the guest house is located in a detached house, in the basement storage room for sports equipment, on the ground floor a common room with a canteen, a kitchen and a play corner for children, on the floor clean and warm rooms, entrance on the phone and keys from the box in front of the house, good and varied breakfast"
