"Trotz Buchung und Bezahlung über Hotels.com wurde beim Check-In nochmals ein Zahlungsnachweis verlangt.
Ich hatte das Zimmer für meine Eltern gebucht (beide über 80 Jahre) die natürlich sehr irritiert waren. Ich reise sehr viel, so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Das Zimmer war für 7 Nächte gebucht. Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung!!!! Es wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt, kein Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und auch das Bad nicht gesäubert. Erst nach Nachfrage meiner Eltern wurden die Mülleimer...

"Came off the ferry at Swinousjie and found this very convenient and cheap place to stay. The receptionist was polite and intelligent and my room was perfect. It poured with rain and I was glad not to be in my tent. "
