"Very basic rooms which were not the cleanest. Bed was very uncomfortable and the room temperature fluctuated a lot. Shared common areas were however well kept and clean."

"good"

"Close to the beach (fabulous) and airport (great but noisy at times). Very friendly and helpful staff. It was convenient to have a mini bar, however, a few free treats would have been even better. Great stay, we will come back again."

"Great place to stay on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop as well as the beach. The room had everything we wanted including a very comfortable bed."

"Upon getting to the location, the host canceled our reservation, leaving us nowhere to stay and giving us no help that was a total nightmare I believe there should be some compensation besides refunding my money I will never ever tell anyone to book through Vrbo"

"It’s run down, but beds where very comfortable, noise due to closeness of road, but just across the road from dreamworld which was why we were there"

"We stayed in a private twin room with a shared bathroom between our room and one other private bedroom. The bathroom was very clean, but would benefit from some minor renovation, including replacing the missing tiles on the shower floor. "Stayed 3 nights in Oct. Room was small, no sitting chairs, nice bath with a walk in shower. Kettle only with instant coffee, tea provided. Small fridge and hot plate all in nice condition. Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. Balcony rooms are near the kitchen exhaust, which runs from 9a to nearly 9p. Balcony looks out on the wall behind building & parking lot. Close to options of beach, walking,...

"Lovely, quiet clean room and shared facilities with onsite parking. Easy to access public transport if needed and close to local shops, hospital and university. Thank you for the lovely stay."

"Great"

"Awesome view, right in the middle of surfers paradise. 2 minute walk to the mall. Clean room, comfy beds"

"The room stank like cigarette smoke, the linen on the beds smelt even worse. Table and bench tops were unclean from previous user. Otherwise it was comfortable and convenient, staff were friendly. Just glad I only stayed 1 night."

"Easiest check-in and check-out process. Property super clean. Love the ocean view. Very close to public transport. Close to beach Close to shops Reasonably priced outdoor parking across the road from accommodation."

"Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend."

"Friendly staff, clean room. Free parking was great. Close to everything but far enough away from all of the noise."
