"Very nice hotel for the price. The included breakfast was acceptable. The room was clean and we had no issues. Overall, better than expected and I'd stay here again."
"The room had an odor near the door and refrigerator; the lights did not work in the bathroom and the closet had trash in floor. The room didn't look like it had been professionally cleaned oppose to just changing the linen and towels."
"The room we were given was nothing like the pictures of the room we booked from their web listing. Room advertisement had been recently been rénovateur and looked very Nice. The room we got had not been renovated and the peach colored fixtures point to 70's or 80's. Washroom door was swollen and would not close. Dirty around the baseboards and shower stall. Nothing like we expected.
Was too late to change rooms.
Will not return to this motel."
"I have wrote to this establishment multiple times requesting a refund. No manager contact has been made. Nobody has reached out to me. Me and my kids were just traveling through. I read reviews and did not see anything pertaining to bedbugs and we just needed to sleep for the night so we stopped in. We were there for about two hours laid down and I got bit by a bedbug do not stay here.!!!! BED BUGS!!!!"

So I called the number on the sign in the door. A lady answered and I told her I paid on line and was ready to check in. She answered and said they didn't have anything to do with the Expedia.com and they were full. Told me to call Expedia and then hung up on me. Smh. Ive never been thru that and she didn't...
"The only good thing I can think of about this lodging was that the HVAC was working.
Otherwise, there were public hairs on the bathroom floor. There was mold on the shower curtain. There were dead roaches everywhere. The refrigerator worked intermittently. The only amenity was a small bar of soap...no coffee and no facial tissues. The carpet was sticky. The TV remote wouldn't work.
My Expedia itinerary indicated an 11:00 a.m. checkout. However, when I checked in there was a big red note...
