"Clean, quiet, small. A good place to stay while we visited family in the area."

"These people were not ready to receive guests. Room was small, stuffy, and crowded with nick-knacks. No shelf space at all. There was no desk nor space to open luggage. The air conditioning barely worked. There was a profound lack of privacy. The host's study was adjacent to our room and the host was in the room when we went to bed and when we got up the next day. Creepy! We checked out early after one night. Please refund two nights."

"We really enjoyed our stay at beach hill pond. Watching the loons each morning with our morning coffee and talking to the chipmunks as they ran around us. It was a great place to start from each day to go and do our sight seeing. Veena was great and solved the one problem we had. We would stay there again."

"Overall it was a nice place to stay and relax. My kids and I enjoyed the kayak's and my wife and I enjoyed the birds in the morning and peace at night. The only negative is we didn't get to hear the loons in the morning or at night, which I was hoping for. "

"Owners were very helpful and communicative. Area was quiet, but still very close to services & the interstate. The shower was a bit small, but everything else ticked the boxes that are important to us, so we didn't mind. We were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving, so this was "overflow housing" for us. We will definitely book here again, if needed in the future."
